Another year, another Game of Thrones season. If you are not caught up with Game of Thrones or have not seen season seven then please don’t read. I’ll be going over the season in a whole season with spoilers.

This season will have to be one of my favorites. It’s very action packed and epic with no fillers or boring scenes that pulled me away from the show. There’s a tons of reunions for other characters that most people find the writers just rushed through the dialogue so they can get to the action but I think that the writers know that fans want more from drama but it can get a little boring hearing what happened from past episodes that we have already witnessed. The show is about to end so they have to find a way to kill characters off or find something of relevance to the war to come. Now with my episodes from this season: The first episode was perfect for setting up everyone’s motivations without that much violence. I was fine with no action cause people like the war but also need to know what characters are finding for. “The Queen’s Justice” showed Cersei is now a full blown psychopath and Jaimie knows it but still loves her. He proves that he can be a better person. Instead of murdering brutally or torturing her he poisons her so she can die peacefully. That moment made me like Jaimie so much more. He’s trying to redeem himself from being so selfish to everyone he has ever met.  “Spoils of War” was just as great as Battle of the Bastards. That last scene was golden and Jon convincing Daenerys that they have to fight together was perfect. “Beyond the Wall” was my favorite episode of the season. It was very intense and had a shocking ending I wasn’t expecting (cause I didn’t watch it leaked or was spoiled).

With seven great epic episodes tells me that next season will be just as good or even better. Sadly we have to wait two years to see what happens.
